Free covers the work itself. Pro is $35/year per Organization with up to 100 accepted members and 50 GB of attachment storage. Add 25 GB for $10/year, or choose Enterprise when active-user and metered-storage pricing fits better. No upload fees. No download fees. No API request fees.

Questions, answered

Is Hamstik really free?
Yes. Core project-management and ALM functionality is free, including Projects, Work Items, comments, and Boards. You are not charged simply for using those features.
Why does Pro cost money?
Pro lets Hamstik store binary content such as pasted screenshots, images, and file attachments. That storage is the bit that costs us to operate.
Does Pro charge per user?
No. Pro is $35/year per Organization, plus applicable taxes, for up to 100 accepted members.
How much storage does Pro include?
Pro includes 50 GB of shared Organization storage. Additional 25 GB packs cost $10/year each.
What happens if we have more than 100 users?
Choose Enterprise and use the calculator below to see the price before upgrading. Estimate Enterprise without a sales call.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
$2,500/year is the annual minimum commitment. Measured usage is $1 per active user per month plus $0.15 per GB per month, and that usage counts toward the minimum.
What is an active user?
A member who actually uses the Enterprise Organization during the billing month. Simply being provisioned or existing as a member does not by itself make that person billable.
Is the $2,500 Enterprise minimum an extra fee on top of usage?
No. User and storage usage counts toward the $2,500 annual minimum.
Do you charge for uploads, downloads, or API calls?
No separate ingress, egress, or normal API request charges apply for normal Hamstik use.
Do I need to contact sales to buy Enterprise?
No. Standard Enterprise upgrades are self-service. Contact is available for procurement, security, contracts, migration, onboarding, or other special requirements.
How do renewal, cancellation, and failed payments work?
Pro renews automatically each year until an Organization owner cancels in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. A payment-recovery window protects existing files while new attachment bytes are blocked if payment is not recovered.
Can we get a refund or remove attachments?
Hamstik does not provide automatic or prorated refunds. Contact Blackboard Studios support for an exceptional refund review. Attachments are never silently deleted; read our Terms for the full process.
